oh how I struggle with this…maybe my child hood or something. gotta pump myself up everyday…working out helps and just little successes along the way no matter what they are make me feel more like a tiger. thx

I hear you, Mike. I can struggle with this too, especially if I’ve let my thoughts and emotions slide down hill for too long.

I’ve found that being proactive combats this very well. I take action rather than sitting and thinking about a bad situation for too long.

When I get stuck, I have to force myself to get up and move around. In some cases, I’ve gone out for a run; you mentioned exercising. This really helps me get out of a funk too.

Another biggie for my was reading. One book in particular was “See You at the Top” by Zig Ziglar. This really helped me with the way I view myself.

      Thanks for the input!
