Pretty cool that I just got to that particular point in the book where Jared was talking about comfort last night before I went to bed!  I know I do it more than I should and more than I want to.  I have not ever been a particularly adventurous person, but I’m seeing it all from a different perspective as I work through the book.  Wonderful video!

      Ann,

Yeah, the video is great. I haven’t read the book yet but I’m looking forward to it!

My wife and I are slowly but surely making up for lost time in the adventure area.  We have both tended to play it safe in alot of arenas.   I’ve got the book and look forward to diving in as soon as I finish the three on my nightstand. ;)

Michael, that’s good to hear that you’re making up for lost time. Keep it up! :)

They did a great job with the video.  I haven’t gotten the book.  I guess I should put it on my wish list.

Our propensity toward adventure has certainly increased lately, but it’s always a struggle to not fall back into the rut of comfort and complacency.  Always a work in progress!

Jody, this reminded me of the Ralph Waldo Emerson quote “Life is a journey, not a destination.”

It’s difficult to not get caught up in thinking things will only be better when…

I need to remind myself to enjoy the process!
